The fourth goblin tries to flee, but surrenders in despair.Īfter a short rest, and camouflaging the wagon on the side of the road, we make the captured goblin tell us everything and guide us to their caves, then we leave it tied up and gagged outside in the woods. She is brutal and slaughters three goblins with her rapier and shortsword fighting style. The fight looks like it isn’t going well, but Keleni is here to save the day. As we investigate we are ambushed by goblins. Keleni and Dev drive the wagon, and they are the first to spot trouble up ahead. We all meet on the road for the first time. She rides on ahead with some knight named Sildar Hallwinter. ![]() Gundren Rockseeker, a dwarf we know and who has helped each of us before, hires us to escort a wagon full of provisions from Neverwinter to the village of Phandalin. (A) Nariel, high elf warlock (archfey) NEW PLAYER! (L) Dungeon Master, she plays Af in Curse of Strahd There are ideas for crossovers and sessions with two DMs, but that’s all just in the undefined future and who knows what will come of it. The other group will start with it, or some Yawning Portal material, after we wrap up Curse of Strahd, which I hope will be soon. The ambitious plans are for this campaign to expand into Storm King’s Thunder. The idea behind this is, apart from my DMing fatigue, that all the adventures’ materials are becoming more modular, and that our group is growing and becoming unwieldy (see the number of players in Curse of Strahd), so we’ll divide into two smaller adventuring groups. It will be less detailed than my campaign, as I obviously won’t be using the material and details from the adventure text because I’m not the DM. I’m a player in this campaign, but since the site is going well (Big thanks to all of yous all over the world for reading or just for your clicks!), I’ll be adding recaps of our new campaign which is the 5e Starter Set adventure Lost Mine of Phandelver.
